Michele, who joined Pavey Group in 2004 and works across both the Torquay & Exeter offices, specialises in investments, pensions, and Inheritance Tax planning. She has been nominated for the award for demonstrating a commitment to her profession; with a proven track record of delivering excellent client service, resulting in successful new business generation. This has been achieved while fully embracing the Retail Distribution Review, which aims to deliver higher standards by requiring financial advisers to pass dedicated professional qualifications and undergo continuous professional development. The RDR also stipulates that fees replace commissions on all investment-based advice, to ensure a more transparent approach to client advice charging.

Michele has been presented with her award at a ceremony at the Park Plaza Hotel in London, hosted by TV presenter, Kate Silverton, with Sir Bob Geldof as guest speaker.
