Ian O’Dowd has been a member of the fire service for 7 years, joining our Financial Services Team back in 2014 as an Independent Financial Adviser, specialising in Pensions and Investments.

“As a retained firefighter we are required to respond to incidents from our home or work, and as Plympton is a busy fire station this can sometimes takes us away from our place of employment. Pavey Group recognise the importance of this, given that Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue is a predominantly retained service and without the flexibility of employers they would struggle to be able to maintain fire cover and respond to emergencies.
